No Refund Policy for ClickDVC

At ClickDVC, we strive to provide our customers with the best vacation deals, packages, and vacation club memberships. Once a purchase is made, we begin processing and delivering your digital services immediately to ensure that you can begin enjoying the benefits of your membership without delay. Therefore, all purchases made on our Website are final and non-refundable.

1. Digital Products and Services All products and services offered through ClickDVC, including but not limited to digital vacation club memberships, vacation deals, and travel packages, are delivered electronically and cannot be returned. Once your membership is activated, and services have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

No Cancellations or Refunds Once payment is completed, and the digital membership or services are provided, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. This includes:

Digital memberships.

Vacation deals or packages that have been accessed or redeemed.

Any other digital products or services provided through the Website.

Exceptions In the rare case of technical issues where our service has failed to deliver, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately at noreply@clickdvc.com. We will work to resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly, but refunds will not be provided.

Disputes and Chargebacks If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership and all associated access to our services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.

No refunds for services not meeting personal expectations.

Service delays do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds are not issued for services unavailable due to personal circumstances.

No refunds for mistaken identity purchases.

Refunds are not provided for discontinued features.

Les marchandises suivantes ne peuvent pas être retournées :

1. La fourniture de Biens confectionnés selon Vos spécifications ou nettement personnalisés.

2. La fourniture de Biens qui, en raison de leur nature, ne peuvent pas être retournés, se détériorent rapidement ou dont la date d'expiration est dépassée.

3. La fourniture de marchandises qui ne peuvent pas être retournées pour des raisons de protection de la santé ou d'hygiène et qui ont été descellées après la livraison.

4. La fourniture de Biens qui, après livraison, selon leur nature, sont indissociablement mélangés à d'autres articles.

Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser le retour de toute marchandise ne répondant pas aux conditions de retour ci-dessus, à notre seule discrétion.

Seules les marchandises à prix régulier peuvent être remboursées.
